We are conducting a planned maintenance window to rotate our DB cluster instances roles. We will be promoting our current reader instance to the writer role and transitioning the current writer to a reader. Why: This is a routine procedure to verify failover integrity and rebalance infrastructure load. What to expect: A brief connection reset (typically less than 60 seconds) as the DNS/endpoint propagates to the new primary instance. Some applications might need a bit more time to re-establish DB connections.

Today we had an issue with invoicing in Business NXT. The issue started at 08:15 and was corrected 11:40. About the issue: Invoice printouts were missing important information. This happened when using Finalize on an invoice for later printout or when using Send and having Autoinvoice as Document delivery method. The only way to properly correct this is to credit the invoices and send them again.
